  • If there are adjacent booths, the secretariat will install partition panels (2.7 m high). However, corner booths will not have aisle-side panels.
  • *Construction and usage fees for booth setup and decoration, electricity, water supply, drainage, telephone charges, booth cleaning, waste disposal, etc. are not included.

■ How to apply:

  • Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Presentation dates and times will be announced on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If you would like simultaneous interpretation, please contact the secretariat separately.

How to apply

Applications are accepted via the online application form.
Organized by The exhibition contract will be concluded upon receipt of the application by the organizer.
In the case of a provisional application, the application will be automatically switched to a full application on or after August 1, 2024.

2Payment of exhibition feeAn invoice will be issued after the application is submitted.
Please transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account by the designated date on the invoice.
3Cancellation of application for exhibitionIn principle, cancellation is not allowed after the application has been submitted.
However, if the secretariat deems it unavoidable, cancellation will be accepted and a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with the exhibition regulations.
